Visit the Denver Museum of Nature & Science For Free on Wednesday, January 16
DENVER—January 2, 2008—Explore the wonders of the universe at no charge when the Denver Museum of Nature & Science hosts its first Free Day of 2008 on Wednesday, January 16. There are many opportunities for fun and learning for the whole family as you explore the Museum’s outstanding permanent exhibitions, including Space Odyssey, Prehistoric Journey, Egyptian Mummies and Hall of Life. In addition, don’t miss these other great Free Day activities:
- Check out paleopuppeteer “Mr. Bones” and his life-size dinosaur puppets from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Find out how artists make the Museum’s dioramas look so lifelike on the “Secrets of the Dioramas” tour at 12:30 or 2:00 p.m.,
- Take a scavenger hunt around the Museum and enter a drawing for a free family membership to the Museum between 10 a.m.─2 p.m.
