Renewals
Q. If I mailed in my renewal notice recently with payment, but then received another notice in the mail, did you get my payment?
A. It takes approximately three to four weeks to process a renewal payment. If you sent in your payment, please disregard the second notice.
Membership Cards
Q. If I can’t find my card, or don’t have it with me when I visit, what should I do?
A. Simply stop at the Member Services Desk and they will look up your membership information and issue you a Members Day Pass (ID required). If you’ve lost your card, you can request a new one.
Q. If I have a Dual membership with two names on the account, can I get two membership cards?
A. No. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue Dual memberships more than one card.
Expiration Dates
Q. What is the expiration date for my membership?
A. The expiration date appears near your name and address on the Museum Magazine mailed to your home.
Address Changes
Q. How can I update my mailing or email address?
A. Send an e-mail to members@dmns.org with your name, address, membership number (if handy), and your changes.
