- Buy tickets online; this will ensure you can see the exhibition when you arrive, as well as save you time in line.
- Bypass long cashier lines and go to automated Will-Call Kiosks for quick ticket pick-up.
- Leave ample time for parking and for picking up your ticket.
- Go to Level 3 of the Museum approximately 15 minutes before your entry time. When the exhibit is busy, there may be delays in getting in exactly at your scheduled time.
- Once you enter the exhibition, you can stay as long as you like. Generally, visitors stay about 90 minutes.
- The number of timed-tickets in an hour is based on averages. Since visitors can stay in the gallery as long as they like, sometimes the average doesn't meet the reality. When this happens, even the timed-ticket entries can get backed up by 15 to 30 minutes while we wait for visitors to exit. Please leave yourself plenty of time for this eventuality, especially on weekends.
- There is no food or drink in the gallery, except for bottled water. For comfort, we recommend you bring water and wear comfortable walking shoes.
- There is no photography in the gallery and we ask that cell phones are turned off and stowed for optimal enjoyment.
