The Museum’s Security Department is looking for volunteers to assist the department personnel in ensuring that visitors have a safe and fun Museum experience. Volunteers will provide support to the security personnel, answer visitor questions, assist with crowd control, help the school entrance staff with school groups, be informed of emergency procedures, and identify potential security or safety problems.
Skills & Abilities: Friendly, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working with the public
Training: Staff will train
Schedule: Four-hour shifts are available seven days a week, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Age Requirements: Available to adult volunteers
