Bird Watching along the White River

Zoology Department associate and birding expert Norm Lewis will guide you along the White River, flowing westward 34 miles from Bonanza, Utah. This area is often deemed as the best canoeing in Utah, yet it remains wild and secluded. Keep an eye out for abundant wildlife-such as wild horse herds, antelope, deer, and beaver-and bird watch as you hike the unusual geologic formations.

Friday-Sunday, July 6-8
